Roast the grapes in an oven dish with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt for about 20 minutes.

Peel the pears and cut into small cubes. This is best done just before serving.

Step 1

Toast the orzo/risoni in a little olive oil in a heavy pot

Step 2

Add a ladle of hot broth whilst stirring the orzo pasta.

Step 3

Continue to add hot broth and stir the pasta until it is almost cooked.

Step 4

Add the Gorgonzola and mascarpone to the pasta and broth.

Step 5

Keep stirring until the cheese has melted into the pasta risotto and the pasta is cooked.
